Welcome to the Small Business Support Center of The Shelby County Chamber. The Small Business Support Center is a resource for Chamber members that are sole-proprietors, small to mid-size business owners, and those seeking information on how to “start” a business.

The Chamber has printable resources such as its Small Business Guide and How to Develop a Business plan, hands-on workshops, Entrepreneur & Small Business Mentorship Program, and Entrepreneur Roundtables to assist business owners to reach their goals and potential.

If you’re a small business owner wanting to discuss opportunities, challenges, or any other issue you might be facing, the Chamber’s Entrepreneur & Small Business Mentorship Program is here to help.

Typically held each month from 8:00 AM-11:00 AM, Michael Smith, the Chamber’s Entrepreneur-in-Residence, is available for a one-on-one confidential meeting with any small business owner or entrepreneur to discuss any topic.  Meetings are approximately 45 minutes to one hour.

An appointment is required so please call 205-663-4542 for the availability of dates and times.
